Whether we are introduced at a trade show, through a referral, or we reached out to you, our sales process is designed to find out if we’re a good fit. 

The Tried, Tested & Proven Process:

1. The Conversation

We need to understand your business processes, your pain points, and what you’re hoping to achieve.  This is a critical step for us to understand if our solutions can truly deliver benefit.

2. The Agreement

We will demonstrate to you the potential value with case study data of existing customers and create example ROI calculation.  We need you on board with the concept before moving forward.

3. Proving It

This often includes a trial of equipment, manufactured for your specific requirements. 

We will come to site and conduct a Time & Motion Study of your existing process versus the new one using our solution.  We will put in the time and resources to get you real data and prove operational benefits.

4. The Business Case

With the trial data, we’ll build a final ROI calculation that shows you the clear business case for our solution.  The data and numbers don’t lie! 

At all stages, M.I.DSL is committed to proving our value, we will need to ask questions and communication via phone and email, and we ask for your attention and commitment to the process.
