Calculating ROI

We calculate the ROI/return-on-investment by costing the minutes saved by operatives using our solutions referenced to the purchase price.  The base cost is the “Notional Hourly Rate”.

Notional Hourly Rate is a sum based on operative’s hourly rate of pay, employer’s NI contributions, employer’s pension contributions, holiday pay, sick pay and other benefits paid for by the company.

Other costs, such as premises heating and lighting, provision of protective clothing etc should also be factored in.

The notional hourly rate will vary from company to another, but it typically averages out to be in the order of £15-20 per hour.
